TERMS & CONDITIONS
All our Goods are described as accurately and honestly as Possible, (please view our feedback star rating of 4.9).
Deliveries.
95% of our Goods are Very Large and will be sent out with a Courier/Haulier without Online Tracking.
You will be called approx 48hrs before Delivery, with a date and an estimated 2 hr time slot. You may also get a call approx 1 to 2 hrs before Delivery.
The other 5% of our items will be sent out with a Standard Courier Service.

Paypal Payments.
We now reluctantly have to offer Paypal Payments on all our listings due to ebay’s new rules.
Due to Paypal's excessive fees and lack of protection, our preferred methods of Payment are as follows,
Bank Transfer, Cash Paid Direct into our Bank, Personal Cheques, Cash on Collection in Person by Appointment.
If you still wish to pay using Paypal, all goods must be Delivered with a Courier/Haulier with Online Tracking, ie DHL, we can NOT offer our Personal Delivery Service, we also Require a Copy of your Driving Licence or Passport and a Copy of a Household Bill in your Name before despatch, you will also need to be available to sign these and our documents upon delivery.

Returns Policy.
The item you are buying is always the item pictured, we always have lots of clear photos, but it is virtually impossible to 100% portray the colours of the item in a picture on the web, colours can vary and such things as your monitor’s screen resolution can effect shading, we therefore ask you to read all descriptions carefully before placing a bid.
Returns will be accepted solely at our discretion if there is a significant flaw that was not clearly stated on the listing prior to purchase.
Please note that although we have chosen the carriers, the fees paid for delivery are forwarded to the carriers and are non refundable.
In the event of a cancellation for any reason please write or email within seven working days from receipt of goods.
The goods should be treated carefully, and returned to us the buyer's expense within 14 days.
