All Favours are made fresh to order and our normal despatch time is 3-4 days depending on the quantity odered, please call if you require your items more urgently for available delivery options.

If your items are required for a later date please state this when ordering and arrangements will be made to placed in a suitable delivery slot to suit you.

Deliveries to the Leicester area (LE postcodes)

If you live in the Leicester area (LE Postcodes) we can hand deliver your items to your home, venue or event for a delivery cost of £4.00 or you can pick up in store, please call for details.

Deliveries to the rest of the UK (excl. Highlands, Islands etc)

We use a variety of delivery services in order to guarantee the best prices to you. A number of different shipping options are available and these will be selected automatically for you.

 Postage costs

Deliveries only take place Monday to Saturday (Saturday delivery is not available via Courier). 

Postage costs can be found on each listing, the standard charge is shown for the first 10 favours and then a subsequent charge for each 10 after will be applied as listed individually on each listing.

What if I miss my delivery?

Most packages are generally sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded, If you miss the delivery, they will leave a card through your door. You can then contact your post or sorting office to arrange local pick up or to arrange a re-delivery. 

All other couriers we use, will leave a card and will either require you to re-arrange delivery with them or collect from their depot.

Couriers will not generally leave your package with a neighbour so it is important to get your package delivered to an address where someone will be in to receive it.

If you fail to collect your parcel within 2 weeks, it will be returned to us and a further delivery charge will occur to have your parcel sent again.

Highlands & Islands Delivery

Most couriers are unable to offer a guaranteed delivery time to certain 'remote' areas of the UK and shipping rates may vary. If you know your recipient is in one of these areas, please contact us in advance to discuss shipping times and rates. If an order is placed for delivery to an area classified as 'remote' we will contact you to advise of any surcharges that may apply.

Can you deliver anywhere else?

We can also arrange delivery to other areas of the UK, Europe and the USA, shipping rates available on request.
