Projector Return and Warranty Policy
We take our customer service very seriously.Any service,exchange or replacement of your product is usually completed within 12 days upon receipt of the defective/damaged product.
Shipping Damage; Wrong Item (valid within 7 days of product receipt)
If your item was damaged during shipping,a wrong item or is defective please send warranty requests to service@vvme.com.The warranty request email Title:Warranty+ your order number+ the issue in detail description.We will respond to all requests as soon as possible.Please email or call us during 7 days since you received.
Labor Warranty(valid within 45 days of product receipt)
We will repair or exchange any defective or damaged unit within 45 days of product receipt.VVME will pay shipping for warranty within the USA (excludes:HI, AK, APO and USA Territories).Please email warranty requests to service@vvme.com.The warranty request email Title:Warranty+ your order number+ the issue in detail description.We will respond to all requests as soon as possible.
Please note all VVME warranties are considered null and void if product ownership transfers to any party outside the original customer's shipping address.
Parts Warranty (valid within 1 year of product receipt)
Visionari Inc will provide 1 year limited warranty for the whole projector (liquid crystal displays (LCD) in projectors are covered for a maximum of 45 days).
We will ship you parts needed to repair of your product.VVME will pay the cost of parts and shipping.Please email warranty requests to service@vvme.com.The warranty request email Title:Warranty+ your order number+ the issue in detail description.We will respond to all requests as soon as possible.
Please note all VVME warranties are considered null and void if product ownership transfers to any party outside the original customer's shipping address.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our products we will give you a refund,any refund request must be sent to service@vvme.com within 14 days after product arrival (The buyer covers the return shipping fee).Please make sure that all the package,parts and accessories are kept well.If you return an item that has been damaged or parts/accessories are missing you will be assessed a 5-25% product damage fee.We do not assess the damage fees because of a manufacturer defect or reasonable wear.After we receive the return we will give you a full refund.
