Extended Christmas returns policy
We know that our customers like to buy early for Christmas so we have extended our usual 28 days return policy. Any item purchased between 3rd October and the 23rd December 2011 can be returned up to 31st January 2012.
M and M Direct offers a 'No Quibble Guarantee' on all purchases. This means anything purchased can be returned as long as it has not been worn unless the item is faulty.
M and M Direct does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases you will need to contact our customer service department who will provide you with assistance to return your items to us.
If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 28 days of receipt for an immediate refund. Please note underwear, mens and boys swimwear and pierced earrings are non-returnable. Womens and girls swimwear must have the protective sticker intact.
Please use the following steps to return your parcel for REFUND or DIFFERENT SIZE ITEM:
i. Inside your parcel there will be an advice note, which will tear into 3 sections.
a) A returns slip for you to include in your parcel - please note we cannot offer exchanges for different products however will exchange for different sizes.
b) A returns address label for you to put on the front of your return parcel please also mark your return parcel for the attention of the eBay department.
c) An advice note for you to keep for your records.
ii. Pack your parcel securely making sure you include your returns note. Attach the returns address label to your parcel.
iii. If for any reason you can not use the return address label supplied, please return your parcel to:

Take the parcel to the post office. We advise that you use the "Standard Parcel delivery service" with the extra compensation option if the goods exceed the value of £36.00 (this option should only cost approximately 45p and will ensure you will be compensated in full should your parcel go missing). Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.
You will be refunded in full by your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for any Paypal charges incurred in the refund process.
