Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to the whole of the UK and Ireland including BFPO’s and the Channel Isles. Postage is free on all items.
How long does delivery take?
We use a courier to safely deliver your items; delivery to UK mainland and Ireland is normally within 3 - 5 working days after placing your order. However, please allow 7 days before contacting our customer service department.
What will happen if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?
The couriers we use are signature based and require someone to be there upon delivery. If you are not there when the courier delivers they will leave a card and you can get in contact with them to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Can I track my parcel?
We will only track your parcel if it has not arrived within the specified delivery period. To do so please email our customer services at: ebayukenquiries@mandmdirect.com who will email you back with an order update.
What size should I order?
We stock lots of different brands which we know can vary in size. Our products come from brands all over the world however we list them all in UK sizes. We aim to pass onto you as much information as we get from the manufacturers themselves.
What methods of payment do you take?
At present we only accept payment via Paypal. It is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for all of your purchases. As soon as you win the item, we will email the invoice details you need to complete payment process securely.
Can I pay for goods with my credit/debit card over the phone?
We only accept payment via Paypal, we are unable to process payments by debit/credit cards over the telephone.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes! You will receive a "Winning Bidder" email giving details of your order and you will also receive a "Payment Cleared" email from Paypal indicating full payment has reached us for your order. Please keep this information safe for your own reference. After your goods have been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email to let you know your good are on there way to you.
Do you have the product I like in a different colour/size?
Unfortunately we are an end of line retailer so many of our items sell out and will not be restocked. Please remember stock sells fast so when it’s gone it’s gone!
What’s your returns policy?
We hope you will be really happy with your products from us, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us unworn within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. We simply ask you to fill out the returns slip attached to the delivery note clearly stating the item you are returning and what action you would like us to take. If you request an exchange please indicate the size you require- please note we cannot offer exchanges for different products.
If you’ve lost you returns slip, please include a covering letter with your name and address, your order number and the reason for returning the item.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?
In the rare event you receive a faulty item, all you need to do is contact our customer service department by phone 0871 200 5000 or by email ebayuk@mandmdirect.com and they will advise you how to return the items to us.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item all you need to do is contact our customer service department by phone 0871 200 5000 or by email ebayuk@mandmdirect.com and they will advise you how to return the items to us.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
We aim to process a return within 24 hours of receipt and once it has been processed we will send confirmation. Please allow 14 days to receive your refund or exchange.
Can I request an immediate replacement?
Yes. We can send out a replacement item to you on standard elivery but we will have to charge you for the replacement before we can send it out and then it will just be a case of refunding the returned item once we get it back from you.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes you can exchange your items in two ways providing the size you require is in stock. The first option available to process exchanges is an immediate replacement (See above). The second will occur when you have returned the items and we have processed the exchange we will then dispatch your new items to you.
Can I exchange my item for a different product?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer this option on our eBay site. If you are unhappy with your item please follow the guidelines to return them to us.
What happens if an item I’ve ordered is out of stock?
At the time of the listings all items are in stock and available. Unfortunately in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfil an order. This may occur at busy periods when a lot of people are purchasing the same items. In these instances we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the issue. We will aim to offer you an appropriate alternative, however if this is not suitable we will then offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies.
Our purchasing power is solely down to the size of our customer base and the relationships we have built over the last 20 years. There is no middleman and there is no catch - just quality branded products at amazing prices!
