Please be sure that you understand our store policies and conditions prior to bidding or buying an item. By bidding on, or purchasing, one of our products, you have agreed to our terms below.
Stock Availability
- We make every effort to ensure that our items are in stock at the time of listing. While it rarely happens, because we do sell across multiple venues, items may go in and out of stock. If the item you have purchased is not available for shipping within a reasonable time frame, you will be notified by email and given the option to wait for the item to ship, offered an upgrade to a similar product, or be given the option to cancel and receive a full refund. Please consider this when purchasing. If you would like to know if the item is in stock prior to purchasing, please feel fee to contact us and ask.
Sales Tax
- Because our company is based in Florida, sales tax will be applied for sales the ship to an address in Florida, as required by law.
- Sales tax can be waived, if you are a tax exempt organization or company, and provide a valid tax certificate to us via fax BEFORE making payment.
Payment Policy (more info)
- We accept VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Payment or contact regarding payment
must be received within seven (7) days of the end of the
auction. Winner can use
the PayPal checkout system or secure online checkout page to pay for their purchases.
- Winner agrees to pay shipping and
handling charges shown in the ad itself, or based on the shipping
calculator provided with the ad. Please view or calculate
your shipping charges BEFORE bidding.
- When paying by PayPal, we are only able to ship to the address that PayPal provides as the shipping address with your payment. If paying using our checkout with credit card, and the bill to and ship to address are different, additional verification may be required prior to shipping.
Shipping
- Shipping fees and return shipping
charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. We encourage all buyers to factor in the cost of the item AND shipping, when determining the bid they wish to place on an auction item.
- All of our packages are shipped insured. If a package should arrive damaged and the contents are not fuctional, please hold on to the box, packing materials, and item, and contact us immediately, so we can file an insurance claim for damage.
- Winner agrees to pay the shipping charges shown in the ad itself . Please
view or calculate your shipping charges BEFORE bidding. Please note that the prices shown for shipping are to the lower 48 states ONLY. Buyers in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses MUST contact us for a custom shipping quote PRIOR to bidding or purchasing. Sorry, not ALL of our products are available for shipping outside of the US. Please ask PRIOR to purchasing if you are located in one of these locations, to make sure that this item can be shipped to your area. All shipments must ship to a confirmed, physical
United States address.
- Sorry, we do not offer local pickups.
- Most items ship within
1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification
of your payment information. Tracking information
will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
If there should be a delay of 7 days or more for shipping
you will be contacted by email regarding this. Please note, some items priced at over $100, may require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to use a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the package during the day.
- If you checkout on Sunday
through Thursday, we will process your payment the
next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday,
we will process your payment on Monday or the next
business day. Orders are not processed on weekends
and holidays.
Auction Terms
- If you need additional information
or have any questions, please contact us BEFORE placing
your bid.
- Some items may have additional terms, not mentioned here, and if they do, they will be so noted in the actual ad listing.
- All cancellations are
subject to a 15% cancellation fee or $25.00, whichever is
less. Once fee is paid we will file "mutually agreed
not to complete transaction" with eBay to recover our
seller's fees. If you cancel order and DO NOT pay cancellation
fee we may, at our option, file NPB (non-paying bidder) with
eBay, which could negatively impact your standing with them.
(3 NPB filed against a buyer will get them suspended from
trading on eBay!) Please understand that these policies are not meant to "punish" a customer for cancelling, but to help cover the costs that eBay charges us for the sale that was "never completed."
- By bidding or purchasing
our items with "Buy It Now" you are stating that
you agree to all of our terms of sale shown on this page and
in the listing itself.
Feedback
Policy
- We immediately leave positive feedback upon a customer paying for their item.
- Our goal is 100% satisfaction for our customers, so before posting negative feedback,
please contact us so we can work out any issues you may be having. We value our customers and are more than happy to help with problems, in the unlikely case that they should occur. Customer satisfaction
is very important to us!
- Please only bid or purchase if
you are serious about the item. Non-paying bidders cost sellers time and
money!
Return and Exchange
Policy (more info)
- We do not make any guarantees
on the functionality of items, unless otherwise stated.
The condition, to the best of our knowledge, will be stated
in the ad listing for the product. We will not be held liable for
any incidental or consquential damages related to the use/misuse
of this item under any circumstances.
- Item are guaranteed to be in condition
described in ad. Exchanges will be made on defective items
only after manufacturer has been contacted and deemed item
defective. We will replace the defective item with a new one,
if we have it in stock. No cash refunds, unless we are unable to replace the item. See our Return
Policy page for more information.
Customer Service
- If you have further
inquiries, email us with your eBay auction number
and email address associated with this winning bid. Customer service is available during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST), by email and phone. Please allow sufficient time for us to respond via email, taking into account the fact that you may be in a different time zone than us.
