RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

Since most of our listings are for brand new merchandise, you are covered by US manufacturer defective warranty. Please refer to the attachment to your packing slip for more details. Our RMA & service dept is open from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM EST (Monday - Friday only) to help you except for major holidays.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We will ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. You may also pick up at our location in Woodside, NY. Pick-up fee is $5.00 for each item. Please pay at location when doing so.  Any payment received electronically via Paypal will be shipped out immediately and pick-up are not encouraged after you have paid for it to avoid confusion.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION

UPS Ship Notification and USPS E-Confirmation will be by the carrier if you provide your e-mail address.  Call us if you did not get the notification from the carrier within 72 hours of paying for your winning bid.

GOOD FAITH DISCLOSURES

Please verify your Paypal shipping address before paying. We do not pay for refused re-shipment, returned shipment on items you won and do not want after you received it.
