All listed goods are of the highest quality and will arrive on your doorstep well packaged and as quickly as possible.
Our Ebay shop is pretty new so at present there is a lot of new stock being added all the time so please keep looking. If you are looking for something in particular but can't see it in our ebay shop then please either e-mail or telephone us and we will see if we have got it in our retail shop.

FEEDBACK POLICY
At Malcolm Dunning Saddlery we aim to maintain an excellent feedback rating. We will always try to give the very best service possible to our customers. Unfortunately mistakes very occasionally happen and in this rare case we ask you contact us immediately so we can try to solve the problem. Hopefully this gives us a chance to ensure a happy outcome for all. The large majority of ebay transactions go through without any problems and we will always leave positive feedback for our customers when this happens and appreciate you returning the favour. However there are a few non-paying bidders, when this happens and we are unable to contact the customer, negative feedback will be left accordingly.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All our item descriptions are provided by the manufacturers of the products. We always try to be as accurate as possible with the descriptions, but we cannot be responsible for any slight variations in the product description and the item you receive. PAYMENT Payment must be received within 5 days of end of auction. At Malcolm Dunning Saddlery we accept two separate methods of payment:
Credit or Debit card – Via the secure online payment provider Paypal. Paypal payment is preferred if you require quick delivery and we do not add any surcharge for payment by Paypal.
Credit or Debit card via the telephone – Call 023 92592295 to make a secure payment.
DELIVERY
We will always use the most economical method available to deliver to you so item(s) will be sent depending on weight and size via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post, Parcel Force or other Courier. Please check that your registered address with ebay is correct. If you require the item(s) to be sent to an alternative address to your registered one, please contact us straight away to let us know. Your goods will be dispatched on receipt of a cleared fund.
WE WILL ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE IF PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE ITEM. PLEASE E-MAIL US FOR COMBINED COSTS BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
Customers outside of the UK mainland or in the IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49 & PA60-78, PH17-26 & PH30-44 & PH49-50, ZE postcode areas requiring the Parcelforce service to deliver larger items (rugs, saddles, long boots etc) postage costs of £15.00 for parcels up to 30Kg.
Customers in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Isles of Scilly, requiring the Parcelforce service to deliver larger item (rugs, saddles, long boots etc) postage costs of £15.00 for parcels up to 30Kg.

RETURNS & RETURN CARRIAGE COSTS
Because our prices are so low we cannot afford to carry any of the costs associated with returning items or exchanging. If an item has to be returned to us this cost must be born by the customer. Similarly, if the item is returned to us for exchange or repair, the subsequent delivery back to the customer must also be pre-paid by the customer. If you find the goods purchased from us are unsuitable or you are not satisfied with them, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of order. Goods will only be eligible for a refund (excluding postage and ebay fees) if they are returned to us unused and in the original packaging along with your account details and the reason for return. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return (unless there is found to be a manufacturers fault). The item should be sent to the address below and it is advisable to obtain proof of posting should the parcel be lost or damaged in transit we cannot compensate. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office as we are not responsible for any loss or damage of returns parcels.
