How fast do you ship the items? We ship within 24 hours in most cases.

How long will it take for my item to arrive? If you live in the UK the item usually arrives within 1 to 3 days depending on whether you requested 1st or 2nd class postage. If you live outside the UK your item can take upto 7 days to reach you. Occassionally (1 out of 20 cases) this is even longer because of delays at your country's Customs & Excise department.
How can I track my item? We have a tracking number for every item we ship out. Please email us if you want your tracking number.
I have a tracking number. How can I check where my package is? Goto www.royalmail.com Look for the section marked "Track and Trace". Enter your 13 digit tracking number in the box provided and click Enter. Royalmail will then give you an instant update on the progress of yourt item.
Can you ship without Recorded Delivery? No, we ship every item using Recorded-delivery or Signed-for delivery. This is for your comfort and ensures a simple delivery.
Is it necessary to take out shipping insurance? We recommend you take the option for postage insurance so you are protected if the item is lost in the post or there are exceptional delays.

Do you offer combined shipping/P&P discounts? Yes, we offer combined shipping discounts. If you buy 2 or more items at the same time / or one after the other within the same day, you will automatically receive a shipping discount.
When will I receive my P&P Discount? We will refund your P&P discount within 24 hours or right after we post the item out to you.
