Returns
We're a top rated seller and aim to offer a high standard of customer service. If you experience any problems or wish to return an item, please firstly call us on 01225 436208 to discuss the best solution for you.
All the items we sell are brand new (unless marked otherwise) and are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. We accept returns on unwanted items within 14 days of the date on the delivery note, providing they have not been opened or used, and are returned in resaleable condition. We will refund the cost of the goods and original postage, but you are responsible for your return costs.
If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or faulty, please contact us to resolve- we will either replace the goods, send a missing component, or refund, as you prefer.
