Overseas customers - We reserve the right to charge extra for a signed for airmail service, particularly when sending to Italy and Malta. If you receive your purchase and are not happy with it, we will exchange or refund on return of the item. If the item is not faulty, then you (the consumer) are responsible for the return postage costs. Please email us first, and return the item within 14 days of receipt. If the item is not faulty, it must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, and in this instance, we refund for the item only, not the P+P.
