Item will only be sent once payment is cleared. Payment is by paypal, cash, cheque or postal order.
Items are sent by Royal Mail, or for larger orders,one of our courier partners, UKMail or Hermes.
All small orders paid for by 5pm will be sent out the same day,(Mon-Fri) and large orders will be sent same day if paid for by 2pm by courier.
All UKMail deliveries are for next day delivery and will need to be signed for. We will send tracking info to you Via email so you will know when you will receive your order.
Items sent by the Royal Mail Postal Service are subject to Royal Mail delivery guidelines i.e. 1-2 business days for 1st Class, 2-3 business days for 2nd Class. Please note that these times are guidelines only and that the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within these timescales. If your item is late we would ask that you check at your local sorting office as they are invariably there awaiting your collection. In the event that your item goes missing, We reserve the right to wait 10 working days after despatch date to taking any further actions, so allowing the Royal Mail to resolve the issue. Once 15 working days have passed we will either refund or replace. |
