We combine items when purchased within 7 days. We usually combine orders automatically, but if you want to pay and we haven't combined your order yet, pop us an email. Please note - orders must be combined prior to checkout and payment, once a payment has been made its too late!
We ship the majority of orders through Royal Mail. We use first class, recorded and Special Delivery services. As a rough guide, 1st class and recorded delivery take 1-3 days for delivery after dispatch and Special Delivery is next day after dispatch.
For international orders, we use Airmail or International Signed For.
We will update your account online upon disptach to notify you of which service was used, and supply tracking numbers if applicable. You will also be emailed this information.
Ebay orders - As from the 23rd of November 2011, due to increasing costs with Royal Mail, we are changing our Ebay postage costs. We will be charging a rate of £1.50 for the 1st item, then just 10p for each subsequent item, when combined into one order. We are also lowering the threashold for FREE UK POSTAGE to just £13 in one order.
We strongly recommend that any orders containing jewellery or precious metals (gold or silver), or in excess of £39 value are sent insured. Please select the Special Delivery option during checkout to insure precious metals and jewellery.
You can also select Recorded Delivery for a slightly increased postage cost, if you wish to have extra peace of mind without the cost of Special Delivery.
International Customers - International shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout process. Standard airmail does not include insurance and usually takes 7-14 days for delivery.
For priority delivery, international customers have the option of International Signed For. International Signed For aims to deliver in 5-7 days, although this is not guaranteed. International Signed For includes insurance for jewellery items. We strongly recommend that any orders containing jewellery or precious metals (gold or silver), or in excess of £39 value are sent International Signed For.
