 | Q: What is Tibetan silver? |
 |
 | A: Tibetan silver is a silver coloured base metal alloy. It can contain a variety of base metals including nickel and lead, so you should always check that what you are buying is suitable for you.
All Tibetan silver that we stock is both nickel and lead free. |
 | Q: What is Bali silver? |
 |
 | A: Bali silver is the same as sterling silver. It is 92.5% pure, and usually alloyed with copper. It is nickel free. |
 | Q: Are your findings nickel free? |
 |
 | A: Yes, we only stock nickel free jewellery findings. However, it is possible to develop sensitivity to any base metals. If you develop irritation after using or wearing any of our items, please remove the item immediately, and seek medical attention if the irritation is severe or does not subside naturally. |
 | Q: How big is this item? |

 | A: We normally put item measurements in the listing details, but we do sometimes miss them. Please check the listing and if you can't find measurements let us know. |
 | Q: What postage methods do you use? |

 | A: We use 1st class Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries, and International Airmail for our international deliveries. |
 | Q: My item hasn't arrived yet. Should I be worried? |

 | A: We normally take 2 working days (Monday - Friday) to process and post your items. You should add to this the normal delivery tme for the service you selected during checkout. This is usually 2 days for 1st class, or 5 days for 2nd class. Please allow extra time in the run up to Christmas, during postal strikes and Bank Holidays. |
 | Q: Do you combine postage? |

 | A: Yes we do. FOr UK orders, we charge £1.50 for your 1st item, plus 10p for each subsequent item, and orders over £13 are FREE POSTAGE. Ebay should combine your order during checkout, but if this doesn't work please email us and we'll be happy to do this for you. |

 | A: Yes we do, and if this doesn't happen automatically during checkout we request that you allow us time to do this before making payment. We do this automatically every day, but you can email us if you are in a hurry. |

 | A: You can return any item purchased from Magpie Jewellery for any reason, within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. We may accept returns after 14 days in exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your needs. |

 | A: Yes we do. We will ship to the Worldwide. We use Royal Mail airmail, and costs are calculated at £2.00 for the first item, and £0.20 for each subsequent item. Delivery normally takes 7-14 working days. |
