All orders accepted by this company are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. While it is our policy to maintain the highest standards of manufacture, we cannot accept responsibility for unskilled or unprofessional use of the goods or materials herein. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

All of our listed items are aimed at professional tattoo artists or people who are tattooing under the guidance of a professional artist, We accept no responsibility of the outcome of the use of this equipment and by buying this equipment you are accepting these terms and conditions. While it is our policy to maintain the highest standards of manufacture, we cannot accept responsibility for unskilled or unprofessional use of the goods or materials herein. Magnum Tattoo Supplies take no responsibility for the end use of the pigments they sell, it is suggested that a scratch/patch test is done prior to use to check for allergic reactions. By purchasing these pigments you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Please contact us for details on how to return your item.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. used, packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

We will not refund items such as dvd's/books which can be copied or goods which may have been cross contaminated ie, ink, kits, machines and parts, needles etc. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is payable by the customer who must use a trackable service unless items are wrongly sent or damaged.
