| Q:Will my order be too heavy or too large? |

| A:The Japan postal service has special rules about too heavy and too large packages. Any package over 36 combined inches and any package over 2000 grams must go EMS mail. So if you buy a lot of items or just a couple large ones, it'll have to go EMS mail because of postal rules. Please read the listing for more details. |
| Q:Poster Shipping Cost |

| A:Posters can only be sent with other posters and no other items. We send them out in fairly reasonible mailers, but they do sometimes get damaged by crazy mailmen. If you want a strong mailer to foil those crazy mailman, then you must email me for the additional cost. Those tubes are very expensive and they do add in extra weight to the package. |

| A:On orders from Japan, registered service fee is required on any airmail packages where the item cost is over $35.00. This is done to protect your package against loss. |
| Q:Do you ship SAL mail rate? |
|
| A:We really don't like to ship items SAL mail. That's because it could take over 6 weeks to arrive and customers will give bad star feedback when it does. It's a bit unfair to do this to us, so we have stopped the SAL mail option. If you are cool about the long wait and rate us fairly, then we can send it SAL. |
| Q:I cannot place a bid on your items because my country is blocked. |

| A:I do ship anywhere but there are some countries that I will not ship airmail to because the chances of theft is very high and paypal holds us 100% liable. Those countries must use EMS mail (Italy may use registered airmail). You must contact me to be placed on an allowed bidders list so you can bid, but you will not pay airmail rates. |
| Q:How long do I have to pay for this item? |

| A:Ebay has an automated system that will file unpaid claims after a set period of time. Mine is around a month, so you have about 30 days to pay, but I do perfer to be paid as soon as you are able to. |
| Q:Do you accept returns? |
|
| A:If there is something actually wrong with the item, please contact us and we will work out a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
You cannot "return" an item mere hours after payment. I've had a customer that done this 3 times in a month and that is just plain stupid. Returns are only if the item is wrong or special emergencies. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:The items from Japan may take up to a month.
Items from the USA arrives depending on what class of mail you select.
Please check the ebay estimate to get an idea of when to expect it. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping/handling? |
|
| A:I combine shipping, but I need to calculate the shipping cost for you. Ebay will attempt to give you a combined shipping cost, but it's usually too high. You must contact me for the correct cost or wait 24 hours for the new invoice with the correct cost. Please read the listing for more details. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I may or may not ship internationally. Please check the listing to see if your country is allowed to buy or not. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We charge close to what we actually pay to send the item out plus a reasonably small allowance to cover packing materials cost. If you buy one item, then pay the shipping cost shown on your invoice. If you buy more than one item, please check your email for a combined invoice, which should arrive in a day or two. |
| Q:Tax for New York residents? |
|
| A:Yes, because of NEXUS laws, although the item is not in NEW YORK, I live in New York, and therefore I'm legally bound to charge sales tax. You may pay whatever rate it is in your county, or the 9% in my county which is what my auctions are defaulted at. |
| Q:The item is in Japan or the USA? |
|
| A:Some of my items are in Japan, some are in the USA. The listing will state where the item is located. You can combine items only if they are located in the same country. |
| Q:Can you tell me more about the item? |

| A:Feel free to email me with your questions, but in most cases you can look at the images to see the size and condition of the item. |
| Q:Mistakes or a missing Item from your package? |

| A:Sometimes we make mistakes! If the images are not showing or if this item does not match the title of the auction, please email and we'll correct it. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify me about it and I'll try to fix it or refund you for a missing unlocatible item. |
| Q:What types of payment will you accept? |

| A:Most people use paypal. If for some reason you cannot use paypal, please email and we'll work something out. |
