Our Delivery Charges
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery charges are as shown on listings. This covers deliveries to England, Wales and some areas of Scotland (DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, KY, FK, PH1-11, PA1-9, AB10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 24 & 25) only.
Our delivery price is currently £6.75 for up to 30kg, and then additional parcels going to the same address at the same time are charged at £4.50 per parcel (also at a maximum of 30kg each).

IF YOU ARE BUYING MORE THAN ONE ITEM:
Unfortunately, at present, eBay is unable to properly calculate shipping costs based on the order weight, so if you buy more than one item from us, then you might notice that your invoice displays a higher postage price than expected. We believe that this is because the eBay checkout system assumes each item is a separate parcel, but we can sometimes put items together and send them as one parcel, making the postage cheaper for you… So if your postage charge does not appear to have calculated correctly, please just request a total BEFORE paying us as this will allow us to adjust your invoice and apply the necessary postage discount if applicable |

Delivery includes the cost of packaging materials, labour, VAT and fuel surcharges at the current rates.
*Please consider that pallet delivery (for orders up to 500kg) starts from just £30+VAT, therefore delivery could work out cheaper this way… so please do contact us for more info if you require a bulk amount!
What about remote areas?
We CAN ship to remote areas, however, surcharges do apply, which are charged by our couriers.
If you require delivery to a remote area, such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or another UK off Shore Island, please contact us for a price.
Why can’t I purchase… eBay says you don’t ship to me, but I have bought from you before???
In the past, we have given buyers the option to select their postage charge based on where they required delivery to (so there was a higher charged postage option for remote delivery). HOWEVER, it came to our attention that a number of eBayers in remote locations were deliberately choosing our UK Mainland rate, when they in fact required delivery to a REMOTE AREA which costs a lot more money! By paying the wrong rate, we were left significantly out of pocket and in a number of instances, we were ‘held to ransom’ with a threat of receiving negative feedback unless we shipped and paid the additional cost ourselves. This was clearly very unfair and very wrong for buyers to abuse the system like this, and the only way that we could prevent this from happening again was to prevent purchases being made at all.
We would like to stress however, that we are able to ship to remote areas, BUT ONLY IF THE CORRECT POSTAGE IS PAID. So if you would like to order from us, and require delivery to a remote area, please do get in touch.
