Payment:

Accepted payment methods are Credit and Debit cards over the phone, Pay Pal, Pay Pal eCheque, Cheque, Postal Order and Bank Transfer (including internet transfers, BACS and CHAPS)

To pay by Credit or Debit Card, please call us on 0845 241 6986 during office hours.

We can only ship your order to the address that your card is registered to.

To pay by Pay Pal:

Please follow the instructions at check out.

As per eBay and Pay Pal Terms and Conditions, we can only send orders to the Registered Pay Pal address.

We can accept notes on the Pay Pal address (regarding delivery instructions for example, ‘please leave in shed if not in’); but we cannot accept a change of address. If you need delivery to an alternative address, then you must change this on you customer record BEFORE you pay us.

To pay by Cheque or Postal Order:

Please make payable to ‘Mad Dog Marketing Limited’ and send along with a copy of your order (or a note) including your eBay user id and delivery address to:

Please allow enough time for us to receive and bank your cheque.

If you would like to make a payment into our Bank Account by BACS, CHAPS or internet transfer:

We will not be able to dispatch any items until full payment has cleared!

All of our listings are Buy It Now; therefore we appreciate payment as soon as possible so that we can get the orders packed and sent out ASAP!

If payment has still not been received after 7 days, an unpaid item dispute will be opened.

The majority of our feeds are manufactured for working animals, and are therefore zero rated for VAT purposes. If VAT is applicable on any of our products, then it is already included in the prices stated. Shipping prices include VAT at the current rate. Should you require a VAT invoice, please get in touch and we will be happy to send you a copy via email.
