Delivery information from Mad Dog Marketing Limited

 

Who delivers our parcels?

Our couriers are XDP Express who are the UK’s largest privately owned courier company. All shipments are sent on an over night service (Scottish may be up to 2 days), and all parcels can be tracked online.

 

Where do we deliver?

Our Standard Delivery, as shown on our listings applies to England and Wales and the following Scottish postcodes: DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, KY, FK, PH1-11, PA1-9, AB10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 24 & 25.

For any other area, please contact us for a price.

 

What you need to know:

Delivery is by courier, and parcels will need to be signed for. 

 

If requested, parcels can be left without a signature, in a safe place, or with a neighbour for example (such instructions must be added to the order at checkout).

 

Delivery will be made to the registered delivery address only.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that they give us the correct shipping address when payment is made as we cannot accept requests by eBay message/message at checkout/email to change delivery address (because this is against eBay policy).

We do require a contact telephone number for our courier. If this is not already on the buyer’s record, then the details can be left for us in the notes box at check out.

 

When an order arrives, it is the recipient’s responsibility to check the condition of the order before signing for it.

 

If a parcel is delivered damaged, we expect it to be refused at the point of delivery and returned to us by our courier (at our cost). We will be happy to replace any damaged shipment once it has been received back by us, but we regret that we cannot accept a loss or damage claim if the order has been accepted (signed for), or if a buyer has asked for it to be left without a signature (as this forfeits any right to claim).

 

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery charges are as shown on listings, £6.75 for up to 30kg, then additional parcels going to the same address at the same time are charged at £4.50 per parcel (max 30kg each).

 

When will an order arrive?

Orders are processed and packed daily, and are sent within one working day of purchase on either an overnight or 2 day delivery service depending on the delivery location. 

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 9.30am. Therefore, if your order is received after 9.30am, it will not be processed or shipped until the following working day.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the UK and we do not allow collections in person unless you have ordered in bulk (50 x 15kg bags minimum).

 

FAQ’s regarding delivery:

What if I am not in when the courier attempts delivery?

You will receive a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. If you receive an attempted delivery card, please ensure that you follow the instructions to get your FREE re-delivery, otherwise you parcel will just sit at the delivery depot and then eventually be returned to us.

Will the courier leave my parcel somewhere for me if I’m not in?

Yes, but this is usually only done if this was specified to us at the time of order and we have already advised the courier in advance.

What if I don’t receive my order within the expected time frame?

All parcels are sent using a tracked and signed for delivery method. Therefore if your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

 

How do I track my order?

Please check your bought items history in my eBay, you will see that below your order with us; there will be a tracking number- approx 12 digits long, beginning with WDA… Enter this number in the tracking box online at www.xdp.co.uk.
