Payments
So that your item can be dispatched to you ASAP then please pay via the following: Online Paypal, Cheques made payable to "MAD ABOUT THINGS" and sent to No 5 Carclew Street, Truro, Cornwall. TR1 2DY Please enclose the order number when sending payments by post.
Shipping
We will do our very best to dispatch orders within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment. We dispatch from Monday through to Friday. Please allow extra days during busy periods like Christmas and Bank Holidays. If items should sell out in store before delisting, then we will notify customers via e-mail or telephone regarding a possible delay
Faults
All our products are tried and tested and meet all necessary requirements and standards
Should there be a problem with any of our products you receive, then we will exchange the item or send a full refund on return. However, this must be done within seven days of receipt unless specified.
