Returns & Refunds:
We operate a no quibble 30 days refund/exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
When returning an item we strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim. Please note the delivery cost originally paid is non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
If we send you the wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred, both to send and return the item. Please notify us of the postage paid to return the item. Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund/exchange including delivery charges both ways. We are here to help.
Please complete the returns note which will be with your item, detailing the reason for the return and your contact information, and send to the address below:
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. We will credit your refund by the same method you used when you placed and paid for your order.
In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.
Unfortunately we can’t take back used shoes which are unsuitable or do not fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
