Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: Orders take up to 2 business days to be dispatched and up to a further 1 day for the first delivery attempt.
Q: Can I specify a day for delivery?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer specified delivery service at this time.
Q: I haven't received a confirmation email.
A: An automated email will be sent to the email address you submitted with your order. If after 24 hours you have still not received a confirmation email please contact us through ebay messages. Please note: the Macoo eBay customer services department is open from 08:30 - 17:00 (GMT) each week day.
Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: At this time we only accept Paypal payments.
Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: All items are delivered by Royal Mail. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
Q: Can I specify a courier service?
A: Sorry, not at this time.
Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges for UK & Northern Ireland (excluding Channel Islands) = £3.50 Republic of Ireland = £10.00 Europe = £10.00
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Macoo.
Q: Are your delivery charges per item?
A: deliveries are charged per order.
Q: When will you take payment?
A: Payment will be taken on dispatch of your order.
Q: How many items can I order?
A: You are free to purchase as many items from Macoo as you wish.
Q: No one is ever at my house. Can I send to my work address?
A: Yes. You are now able to specify an alternate address for delivery.
Q: Can I use credit notes/ gift vouchers?
A: At present we are unable to accept gift vouchers/ credit notes via our eBay store.
Q: How do I know if stock is available?
A: We make every effort to ensure products advertised in our Macoo eBay store are in stock and available to buy. If the item you have ordered is unavailable or temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.
