 | A: Our postage costs are based on the weight of the item being sent and are charged at what it costs us to send the item. We do not charge for packaging. |

 | A: We offer a refund or replacement service on many of our items, except custom made items.
Buyers should contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and the item must be unused, with all the original wrapping and tags still attached. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs unless a manufacturer's fault is found with the item. |

Postage on every additional item is usually offered at a reduced rate. |

 | A: Most orders are processed within 1 working day and sent via your chosen shipping method. Some custom made or engraved items will take longer to dispatch.
European delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
Worldwide delivery usually takes 5-10 days.
Please note that unless a special arrangement has been made, we cannot guarantee arrival dates. |
 | Q: Which items will take longer to arrive? |

 | A: Many of our hip flasks and tankards can take slightly longer if they are out of stock and need to be custom made before dispatch.
Engraved pewter items can take 7-10 days extra.
Any other custom made items will take longer to be processed. |

 | A: All our items are engraved directly by the manufacturer to ensure a high quality of workmanship. |
