We will happily accept returns within 30 days from the receipt of the item. Returns are only accepted on watches that have not been worn, sized, scratched or altered in any way. Watch must be returned with box, tags, warranty and receipt.
If you are thinking about returning a watch, do not wear it or remove any factory wrappings it may have. Wearing a watch, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsellable. You would not want to receive a watch that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy.
We will inspect every watch upon return and if any of the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return at which point the watch will be returned to you.
Returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee ($20 maximum). |
