WE HAVE RECEIVED 2 NEGS RECENTLY - ALL BECAUSE THE BUYER ON BOTH OCCASIONS FAILED TO COMMUNICATE WITH US AND DIDNT LET US KNOW THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM.
THE 1ST WE KNEW ABOUT IT WAS BY THE COMMENTS LEFT ON OUR FEEDBACK. SADLY THIS GAINS NOTHING JUST A NEGATIVE COMMENT FOR THEM IN RETURN !!!
AT THE END OF THE DAY - OUR AIM IS TO MAKE SURE, THAT " YOU " THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. WE WORK REALLY HARD TO PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE AND THE MAJORITY OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE APPRECIATIVE OF THIS AND WE APPRECIATE THEIR CONTINUED SUPPORT.
