Returns & Refunds
Your right to cancel (consumers only): If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. not a business or organisation), the following right applies to you. If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract (for any reason at all) at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy (set out below).
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing by emailing email@example.com
providing the invoice number and invoice date and the reason for your return, we will then advise you of our returns procedure. All returned goods must be in as new condition and in the original packing. All return cost and liability are the responsibility of the returnee.
When goods are returned to us within seven days or because they are faulty they will be inspected and providing they are in as new condition and in their original packaging we will notify you within seven days of our decision as to whether a refund is due. We will then refund the money (including the return cost) via the original method of payment as soon as possible.
