- We sell a range of Dinner Candles, Glass Pebbles, Candle Sand, Micro Scented Beads, Paper Soaps, Gift Items, Tumble Stones, Decorative Pebbles, Guest Soaps, and many other items.
We always combine postage for multiple purchases but remember that postal costs are based on size and weight - not how many items you purchase. Many of our items will automatically discount postage costs for combined purchases. For other items simply pay as normal and we will refund you if we can.
Postal Services
For domestic UK items up to 2 kilos we use Royal Mail Letters, Large Letters & Packets.For domestic UK items between 2 and 8 kilos we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels. For domestic UK items between 8 and 30 kilos we use parcel2go.com. These items are fully tracked, include compensation, and require a signature. International packets are sent using the Royal Mail 'Small Packet' service.
Returns Policy
We aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service. If we do make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right. You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, all we ask is that it remains unused and in the condition in which it was sent. We do require that you pay the postage costs if you decide to return the item. For items that were purchased with free postage we will deduct our original postage costs from the purchase cost of the item and refund the difference.
