Item Description

Q. What condition is the item in?

A. We sell both new and used items so please check the listing description carefully for details about an item's condition. If you still feel you would like to know more please contact us for more information.

Payment

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Paypal, Postal Orders or Cheques.  Once we receive a Paypal or Postal Order payhment your item is shipped straight away.  If Payment is by Paypal eCheque or mailed cheque, these payments take up to 10 working days to clear, so your item will not be shipped until then.  We will of course let you know as soon as your item is despatched.

 

Postage and Packaging

Q. Do you post to my country?

A. A full list if countries we post to is on our listing description, so please refer to the 'Payment and Postage' section in our listings.

Q. Do you combine postage charges for multiple purchases?

A. A lot of our items offer Free Postage and Packaging, but where P&P is charged, we are happy to combine for multiple orders. 

 

Q. What am I paying for P&P?

A. Where charged, our P&P charges are very competitive. The cost includes actual postage cost, which includes the cost of Recorded or Special Delivery where necessary; and packaging materials. 

Shipping and Delivery

Q. How long will it take you to ship my item?

A. Orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.  You will be notified of the exact date of posting by email, when we have processed your payment.

 

Q. How is my item shipped?

A. Your item is shipped via Royal Mail, or Parcelforce for heavier items.

 

Q. It has been a few days since I paid, where is my item?

A. We always post within 1 business day, so you should expect to receive your item in 2-7 working days from date of posting.  Please bear in mind that Royal Mail delivery times do vary, and leave a reasonable amount of time before enquiring as to the whereabouts of your order.

 

After Sales Service

Q. There is a problem with the item I have received.

A. In the unliklely event of there being a problem with your order, or if you are dissatisifed for any reason, please contact us straight away so that we can assist.  We are very happy to help.
