Shipping & Returns

 
All ordered will be packed that day before 3pm after 3pm all order will be ship out the following day, we don't ship Saturday / Sunday and bank hols.  all orders from the 1st of December will be covered on the Christmas prezzie returns you have until the 5th of January

 
Any refunds or exchanges will only be made once we have received the original purchase back with copy of the email from us to confirm the refund or exchange.
"Failing to do this will course a delay in your exchange or refunded"

1. Items Returned due to incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.
2. items that are returned as written below must be returned within 12 days in the UK outside UK 15 days otherwise we will only give an exchange or gift voucher to the value minus the postage
3.                SUITS ONLY
4.IF THE SUIT IS RETURN AFTER 7 DAYS WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE OR GIVE GIFT VOUCHER TO THE VALUE OF THE GOODS.
5. YOU MUST EMAIL US modclothin@hotmail.co.uk WITH IN 7 DAYS FOR A REFUNDED REQUEST FAILING TO DO SO WILL ONLY DELAY YOU REFUNDED OR EXCHANGE, IF THE SUIT IS RETURNED WITH IN THE 7 DAYS  


Once an order has been received please check the fit, If they do not please return to us with a note and they will be exchanged for the new size within 10 working day
Under the Distance Selling Regulation, each UK customer by law is entitled to a 7 day "cooling off" period from receipt of purchase within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase.

The returns address is shown on the reverse of our packaging and also on our documents enclosed invoice. If you still need the address, just drop an eBay message into us so that we can help.

Returns will only be accepted back in its original condition with all tags attached and all packaging retained. It is recommended that you use recorded tracking to return items. Please note that we will not refund your return postage costs.
