Returns

RETURNS are Accepted for the item and if for any reason the product is demaged during transit or has a manufacturing fault upon its FIRST USE, we will replace it with another one BUT you need to return the faulty item to us for inspection before we process the replacement or refund.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving fualty items.

 
Returns have to be made within 14 days of receiving it.

Customer have to agreed on email for replacement or return with seller before dispatch the item.

We will not refund ANY postage costs for returning the item so please donot ask for that.

It’s the the buyers responsibility to return it as soon as possible for avoiding any delays in replacements or refunds.

Buyer MUST include his USER ID, Item Number and his return address for a replacement on a separate note, Unless these references are given we would not be able to process your requests swiftly.

Please DONOT leave negative feedbacks as this doesnt resolve any problems or issues you have with the product, contact us via ebay messages and we will try our best to satisfy you.
