Customer service &
return policy
AftermarketHQ must be
notified within 5 days
from the date of
receiving, to obtain a
Return Manufacturer
Authorization number (RMA
number). All merchandise
without a RMA number
will be refused and
returned back to the
shipper. The merchandise
must be unused, in the
original packaging and
in resalable condition.
Returns are subject to a
30% restocking fee. All
returns and exchanges
must be accompanied by a
copy of the sales
invoice. Any item(s)
which have been
pre-installed, cut, or
modified in anyway will
not be eligible for
credit or refund. Only
an exchange for an equal
product is available.
Unless there is a fault
on our end, we do not
pay for shipping back.
There is no refunds on
the shipping cost after
