TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT - We accept payments by Paypal (CONFIRMED ADDRESSES),Postal order,or by Credit/Debit card direct to us on (01748) 836 999 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ,we can not accept SOLO ELECTRON cards (Bank rules not ours).If you have a problem completing purchase or payment please contact us by email etc.so you are not listed as a NON PAYING BUYER on EBAY.
DELIVERY - We despatch goods USUALLY the same day or next working day from Payment clearance,
Small packages are sent by Royal Mail ,larger items over 5kg are despatched by PARCELFORCE for 24hr or 48hr delivery (MON-FRI),
ORDERS for items in stock and placed by 12noon are usually despatched the same day (wherever possible),
orders placed later we will still try to despatch if possible .
for all deliveries by Parcelforce a signature will be required ,we will provide a tracking number for your item by email so you can follow the items progress if you have a query with delivery please check this first before contacting us .
RETURNS - If you receive a faulty or incorrect item within 14 days of purchase please email us first for a Returns Authorisation Number which you need to quote with any item returned ,smaller items can be returned by Royal Mail post it is advisable to get a postal receipt or send recorded delivery.
We will then arrange replacement or refund at our discretion subject to all items being complete with accessories etc,
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.
REFUNDS - If you have a faulty or damaged item you can return the item for a full refund as long as all accessories etc are included, this will be at your own cost etc.
RETURNS - if you wish to return an item as no longer required or ordered in error you may return it within 14 days for a refund less a 25% re-stocking charge and less any carriage costs.
COLLECTION - We could arrange collection for larger items by Parcelforce but we will deduct the carriage costs from your refund.

Non Paying BIDDERS/BUYERS - this costs us time and money in ebay listing fees etc so we WILL take the relevant steps to recover our costs etc, |
