DAMAGED ITEMS
Whilst every care is taken in packing and desptching your item at our end once it leaves us it will pass through several hands either by post or carrier and damage may occur,in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item please sign for it with the delivery person as DAMAGED or UNCHECKED then email us as soon as possible within 72 hours,
We will then make a claim with the Carriers and a replacement will be despatched to you ASAP,
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have ordered a remote control and it does NOT operate your equipment then email us FIRST for a returns authorisation number please return it within 14 DAYS stating your address details and your FULL MODEL NUMBER of your equipment so we can send the CORRECT remote back to you or refund ,there are 1000's of different types of remote contols available so please help us to send you the correct one.
ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR or NO LONGER REQUIRED
Where you have purchased an item in error or no longer required please email us for a returns authorisation number we will accept it back within 14 days for credit/refund less a re-stocking charge of 25% subject to the goods being in as new condition with all packaging etc less any carriage costs.
