 | A: Yes you can collect goods direct from our warehouse to save carriage costs ,however it would be advisable if you can phone or email us before travelling so we can have the item ready for collection for you. |

 | A: Items over 5kg are sent via Parcelforce or Carrier and a signature will be required they deliver Mon-Fri usually .If you want the item delivered on a certain day we can do this if you send us a message ref. delivery day.We provide Parcelforce tracking reference number for you via email so you can follow delivery. |
