| A:Mostly yes - All of my Ribbon Bar, Boot Lace and Fingerless Glove sales should be configured in such a way that e-Bay will automatically work out the p&p price so that additional items are charged p&p free (as long as items are paid for at the same time).

| A:Yes you can. As a 'business' seller I have to have my contact details listed - you can drop me an e-mail to mjd@dalewingfield.fsnet.co.uk but please ensure you place the word medal somewhere in the subject line. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:If you purchase and pay for an item I aim to get that item into the post on a first class stamp on the following working day. After that it is down to the Post Office. Sometimes your item will be delivered the following working day but sometimes it may take longer. |
| Q:Do you have a returns policy? |
|
| A:Each auction page on eBay has my full & comprehensive refund policy which should just about cover it - Of course if I have made a mistake with a ribbon bar or there is a fault then I will work with you to sort the problem out. Made to order items (unless faulty) and 2nd hand items (unless wrongly described) cannot be refunded. |
| Q:What's the difference between standard items for sale in your shop, made to order goods and 2nd hand goods? |

| A:Made to order items are just that - Specifically made for you and the chances of me being able to find someone else with the same combination of medals would be rare - unless faulty they are non refundable. 2nd hand or used items are exactly that - I seek to describe them as accurately as I can - if you have a query please ask prior to bidding. |

| A:If the medal ribbon bar is for sale on e-Bay then I have it in stock and can turn it around once I receive your payment. If you need guaranteed next day delivery contact me and let me know and I am happy to try and do all I can. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery across most of the UK and is an option that may be useful |

| A:Yes - I will ship to anywhere outside the UK see the postage and packing details on the auction page for prices. |
| Q:I need a medal ribbon bar made up that you do not currently have for sale. Can you make these up to order? |

| A:Yes - I am able to supply medal ribbon bars, up to five medal ribbon widths (dependant upon width of ribbon), to order using any UK, UN or NATO medal ribbon and can incorporate emblems such as rosettes, numerals, MID's (Oak Leaves) and Queen's Commendations (Silver Laurel Leaves) where appropriate - please contact me for a no obligation quote. |

| A:Yes. I am able to supply display/presentation cases for mounted medals in various sizes depending upon how many medals you have in your group. These are available for both full size & miniature medals and the full size ones have the ability to display the medals upright with the lid open if required. Ask me for further details and a quote. |
