| Q:Do you combine postage charges for multiple purchases? |

| A:Yes. We can only do this if you request an invoice total from the seller. |

| Q:When will my items arrive? |
|
| A:1st Class Royal Mail will usually take from 1 to 3 days to arrive. However Royal Mail state that a maximum of 15 working days should be allowed for delivery before an item can be regarded as lost in the post. |
| Q:My items haven't arrived. Where are they? |
|
| A:If you paid for 1st class delivery, your item cannot be tracked and the Royal Mail will not allow any investigation until 15 working days from date of posting. In the mean time, check with neighbours or your local delivery office. It is possible that your item was too big for the letterbox and the postman forgot to leave a delivery card. |
| Q:I have waited 15 working days for delivery and my items are still not here? |

| A:Please let us know and we will send you a lost mail decleration form to fill in. This can be sent by email or post. When we receive your completed form we will send you a replacement item or in the case of depleted stock we will refund your payment. |
| Q:Have you posted my items yet? |
|
| A:If your order and full payment is completed before 2pm we will generally post out your item on the same day (Mon-Fri) Completed orders after 2pm will be posted out next working day. We do not post out on a Saturday or Sunday. You should receive a despatch email through ebay confirming that your items have been posted. |
| Q:Will you combine postage for more than one item ? |

| A:YES, we can only offer a postage discount if you request a total from the seller. We will then send you an ammended invoice at the earliest opportunity. We can only offer postage discounts on a single transaction. If you purchase two things seperately we inccur two transaction charges and will not be able to reduce postage costs. |
