General Interest

I have included this page to answer some of the more frequently asked questions and to outline our policies and practices at miniatures_workshop.

First a short background: miniatures_workshop is run by me (Colin) and my wife (Marciluz). I am a lifelong leadaholic and though I have yet to fully convert my wife the the pleasures of gaming, she does have a growing interest in painting "my" little lead men and has even bought one or two to paint herself... I'll make a gamer of her one day :)

So to the questions most frequently asked.

Q: Do you offer a combined postage/shipping discount?
(Even though it is stated in all my listing, this question is still the most asked.)

A: Yes. If you have multiple purchases, I can combine postage/shipping fees. I will re-weigh all your items together and recalculate the postage/shipping fee based on that, only one small handling/packing fee will be applied. Also note that to receive a combined postage discount you must pay for all the items in one payment. This is because PayPal charge me a service fee for every transaction, so multiple payments equals multiple fees for me. You will receive an invoice with the combined postage/shipping calculations soon after the auction ends.

Q: Will you end the listing early?

A: No, Unless I have made a serious error in the item details or the item has been lost or broken, I will not end a listing early.

Q: My item has not arrived yet or has been damaged in the post, can I have a refund?

A: Yes. If your item has been damaged, I would appreciate if you could send me some pictures of the damage, so I can claim a refund from the Post Office.

Finally, I would be only too please to hear from anyone who has anything to say about lead figures or anything more normal is fine too.

Please enjoy the miniatures_workshop shop.

Cheers, Colin
