Returning your goods to Midas Golf Ltd
You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them but do not refund the carriage for the return. Refunds are made to the original purchase method. Refunds for Paypal payments will be made against your Paypal account.
Returns Process
We know that returning goods is a pain, so we will try to keep it as hassle free as possible for you,
1. Use the packing note / delivery note to let us know what you want to return for a refund. If you don't have the original packing note just include one of your own. Put this note inside the box.
2. Use an appropriate postal service that reflects the value of the goods. Low value items can be sent via the standard postal service, higher value goods should be sent via recorded delivery or some other tracked service. For high value goods you should consider insuring the item. Please send your returned goods to:

3. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
4. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
5. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
