| Q:I have changed my mind or have ordered the wrong item? |

| A:If you have purchased an item in error but have not yet made payment, simply contact us through eBay and let us know, we can then cancel the order and claim our seller fees back through eBay. If you have purchased and item and paid for it please let us know as soon as possible and we will refund you and cancel the order. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:All our listings offer postage discounts, we charge for the first item however multiple purchases from us do qualify for discount, your order no matter how many items will never exceed £5.95. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We send all our items through 1st class Royal Mail post for small items and you should expect them within 2 working days, larger orders are sent via next day courier. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Our delivery charges can vary depending on the item, however we do charge honest postage, this covers us for the cost of sending and any packing the item(s) may require. |
| Q:My order has arrived and is damaged or is faulty? |

| A:We need to know as soon as possible if you have damaged items delivered, we will arrange a collection of the damaged or faulty items and replacements will be delivered at the same time as the collection is made. |
| Q:Can I Pay By Cheque? |

| Q:Will you leave me Feedback? |

| A:Feedback is important to us as a seller and you as a buyer. We always leave feedback once we have received it. |

| A:Yes. Every item we advertise is brand new, in the event that we do sell any second hand or graded/refurb items we will clearly state it within the listing. |
