Set out below is our policy for returns, lost or faulty items etc.
In all instances please contact us first and we will do our best to
sort out any problems as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy.
In line with the distance selling regulations, the buyer may return any item to us within 14 calendar days for a full refund, including the original postage and packing costs, provided that the item is in its original packaging (where applicable) and is fit for resale. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and that it is adequately packaged to prevent damage. Please obtain proof of postage and use a service relevant to the value of the item as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged whilst being returned.
Lost or Damaged Items.
In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit we will replace the item or offer a full refund as applicable. Please note that the Post Office do not consider an item lost untill 15 days after its DUE date. However we would recommend contacting us before this length of time as domestic (UK) post is generally very reliable.
Faulty Items.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or incorrectly described please contact us to report the problem. Under most circumstances we will require the item to be returned to us for inspection. The return postage will be at the buyers expense. If, after inspection, the item proves to be faulty or incorrectly described, it will either be replaced and the return postage refunded, or fully refunded including the return postage.
