Our hours of business are:
9.30-4.30 Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri
Orders are usually despatched the same or next working day, but always within three working days.
Please note that we do not despatch on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
If you wish to have an item sent to an address other than your registered eBay address, you will need to change the address at the time of ordering, as we print despatch notes directly from the eBay sales records. If the item is a gift and you do not want an invoice included, please let us know via the eBay messaging system: due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee to pick up and cross-reference notes in PayPal emails.
Postage & Packing
Our P&P charges reflect the costs incurred in despatching your order. This is not just the price of a stamp, but the cost of packaging too. As a VAT registered business, we are also obliged to add VAT on to the cost of P&P. We do not inflate P&P rates: the actual total cost is generally higher than the amount we charge.
All orders are sent by trackable means, for your benefit and for ours. UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded post, Royal Mail Special Delivery or next day parcel service, depending on size and value of package. International orders are sent via Airsure or International Signed For airmail.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided that you notify us in writing (by email, or via the eBay returns system) within 7 days of receipt, you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for refund or exchange. If you choose to cancel after the item has been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
For overseas orders cancelled after despatch, we refund only the cost of the item.
Cancellations outside the 7 day period will be entirely at our discretion, and refunds for out of time returns will be restricted to the item cost only.
If you choose to have your item sent by Express (Special Delivery), rather than Standard (1st Class Recorded) post, this will be regarded as a separate contract for an additional service which will begin prior to the end of the cancellation period; and which may not be cancelled once we begin to carry out that additional service. If you subsequently cancel your order, your refund will be limited to include only the Standard delivery charge.
The goods must be returned unused and with any swing tickets and hygiene seals attached; and preferably in their original packaging. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We strongly recommend that you ensure the items are properly packaged and adequately insured against loss or damage in transit, and that you return them via trackable means.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain our high standards, we appreciate that there may be occasions when goods fail to meet expectations. Any error, omission or damage must be reported within forty-eight hours. The goods should then be returned for exchange or refund within seven days of delivery. If the items prove to be faulty, damaged or otherwise not as ordered, we will reimburse the postage costs.
Please remember to include your name, address and eBay ID in the return package.
