| A:Credit card payment can be made without giving us your card details via PayPal or Nochex, to sales@mbee.co.uk. Alternatively, if you are a UK buyer, you can let us have a contact number and convenient time to call, and we will call you and take your card details over the telephone. |
| Q:How quickly will you send my item? |

| A:Orders are usually posted the same or next working day. UK orders are always sent 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery, as noted in the listing, so should be received within 2-3 days. Overseas orders are sent via Airsure where possible, otherwise by International Signed For. Timescales for overseas orders vary according to destination. |
| Q:Will SleepPhones/RunPhones fit my iPhone, iPod, computer etc? |

| A:SleepPhones and RunPhones have a standard 3.5mm stereo minijack, so will fit virtually all iPhones, iPods, MP3 players, laptops, CD players etc. For the few devices that have a different connector,an adapter can usually be purchased very cheaply. |

| A:Yes, we offer combined postage across our range. The additional item rate is shown in the postage details section of each listing. The additional item rate is the same for UK and overseas sales. |
| Q:Do you accept "change of mind" returns? |

| Q:How do the SleepPhones/RunPhones fit? |

| A:You need to select the appropriate size band, using the sizing chart in the listings. For most people this will, of course, be "One Size Fits Most". Place the band on your head, ensuring that the logo is the right way up, then gently slide the speakers within the band until they are positioned directly over your ears. |
| Q:Can I pay by Bank Transfer? |

| A:Yes, but you will need to contact us first. Goods will be despatched on receipt of cleared funds. |
| Q:How do I get combined postage discount? |

| A:Do not complete checkout until AFTER you have bought all of the items you require. You can then combine the purchases at checkout and the discount will be automatically applied. If you decide to buy a second item after you have paid for the first, you can adjust the total at checkout using the "seller discount" box. |
