Q. Where do the PC’s come from?
They are ex-corporate PC’s and have been removed from a fully working environment. The PC’s are refurbished by our in-house (fully qualified) engineers and tested to be working perfectly. There have not been any previous faults with the machine itself. The PC will be professionally upgraded as per listing specification.
Q. Is it Safe to purchase a refurbished PC?
Yes indeed. We low-level format all hard drives to comply with data protection. We then add a fresh installation of a genuine Microsoft Operating System. We install Microsoft Security Essentials to protect the machine from virus or spyware.
Q. How are we able to sell at such low prices?
We are able to keep our prices down by buying in large quantities and passing these savings to our customers. Although our prices are low we still guarantee excellent, reliable quality and strive to give you great customer service.
Q. What is the condition of the PC?
As with any seller on eBay that sell refurbished computers, there may be very minor surface marks to the case. However, this is just superficial and we assure you that all components are configured and tested, to run like new. We classify all of our products as ‘Grade A’ unless otherwise stated so you can be certain the item you receive will be in perfect working order.
Q. Can I upgrade to Wireless or DVDRW?
Yes sure, please see our upgrade section of our eBay shop. Please remember that upgrades must be purchased with the PC.
Q. What’s the best way to get in touch?
You can send us an eBay message by using the ‘Ask a question’ link found towards the bottom of all our listings. Sometimes our phone lines are not given prioritiy if we are busy in warehouse. So in order to get a quick response, please send us an eBay message. Our eBay customers have our priority.
Q. Does the PC come with warranty?
Our machines come with 1 Year warranty, which is much more than other competitors on eBay (terms and conditions apply). We have all the details of your machine and date of purchase. So if you encounter an issue, we can pull up your details. We check our machines before dispatch. (We have to have a working machine 100% to install the operating system).
Just like any computer company, the warranty does not cover any accidental damage or software conflicts created by user, i.e. virus/accidental deleted system files which im sure you will understand.
After 60 days the warranty will cover labour not parts. If you encounter any issues, please be in touch via eBay messages.
Q. If I am not happy with my Desktop Computer can I return it?
We offer a 14 day refund policy, providing the item is posted back in the same condition it was despatched in. We will grant a full refund (less return postage costs) when the item has been fully checked by our staff.
All returns must be authorised by ourselves before sending back. We can then identify exactly where the item has come from. This will reduce the time that it takes for replacement or refund.
Please do not ship any items back without notification and do not ship to our administration address, we do not hold stock here and if so, the process may cause extensive delay.
