Here at Max grump we appreciate your custom wherever you are in the world.We have plenty of experience in the retail business,(especially music)so we can offer the very best in service, all of our items are official and licensed.We do our very best to make sure our goods are packaged extremely well to stop any breakages occuring,and use mainly Royal Mail 1st Class post.
We always obtain proof of posting, however small the item.If an item does go missing in the post, we will immediately apply to the post office for compensation.When Royal Mail have finished their investigations and awarded us a refund we will pass this on to you.Please remember the only way to track an item is to send it recorded.We are happy to send items recorded delivery just let us know and we will adjust the postage cost accordingly.
If an item is unsuitable (eg,wrong size) please email us immediately and return the item within 7 days we will exchange as long as the item is in the same condition it was sent in.All postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item we will give a full refund or exchange, once we have received the faulty item back from you.
