POSTAGE
Items are posted the same day of purchase if paid for before 3.00pm.
Stated postage costs include all packaging charges. Please remember that the postal charge is not for the stamp alone. All items are professionally packaged; we are not shy with the bubblewrap!
We obtain a proof of postage for all items sent, and items are covered by the relevant company’s insurance policy. We are not responsible for items lost in the post, but will do our utmost to retrieve the insurance payout on your behalf.
We always combine ship where possible, but as general rule model car and motorsport items cannot be sent together.
If you are unsure about shipping costs, or wish for us to wait to send an item if you are bidding or intend to bid on another item, please feel free to email us and we will happily do this.
UK ORDERS
We send items in the UK via Royal Mail 2nd Class, or 1st Class Recorded. 2nd Class is offered on lower value items, but there will always be an option for 1st Class Recorded if a speedier delivery and peace of mind is required.
For larger items or heavier multiple orders in the UK, we use UPS, with a maximum charge of £11.00 for standard addresses. There is a slight surcharge for Highlands and Islands. (Please See Below)
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY
If your order is urgent, we can send via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or UPS Next Day. If this is required, simply email us to see if this is possible.
LOCKWOOD ITEMS
Sometimes these items are shipped direct from the manufacturer, so we regret they cannot be combined with other items purchased from the shop.

There are 3 differemt zones for UK deliveries, named Zone1, Zone2, and Zone3.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
For small overseas orders, we use Royal Mail International 'Signed For' and for larger/heavier orders DHL Express or UPS. Customs forms are always correctly filled out, so please don't ask us to put false values down to avoid customs charges. |
