PAYMENT
When an item is won, please make sure you complete checkout, whatever method you decide to pay by.
We accept bank transfers, PayPal, cheques, postal orders, cash, and credit/debit cards.
We are understanding when there is a problem when paying for our items, all we ask is to be kept informed of the situation.
Bank Transfers
Bank transfers are our preferred method of payment. We use the HSBC Business Banking which is a member of FPS (faster payment service), which means your payment will clear imemdiately, allowing us to get your item out quicker.
If you wish to pay by a bank transfer, simply complete checkout, select to pay in this way, and we will email our bank details to you.
PayPal
If you are having any problems following the checkout, you can send your payment directly to
sales@m4lex.co.uk
Please ensure that you put the title of the item you have purchased in the payment details.
Cheques/Postal Orders
Cheques and postal orders are happily received. Please make payable to ‘Malex Automotive Ltd’, and send to the address shown in checkout. Postal orders should also be made payable to ‘Malex Automotive Ltd’ or sent unmarked via Recorded Delivery. Please make sure you complete checkout if you intend to pay be a cheque or postal order.
Cash
Cash is accepted if you collect your purchase from us. We also accept cash through the post, but this must be sent recorded delivery. This will let you know when we receive it, and also make sure the postie doesn’t steal it!
Credit/Debit Cards
