Our returns time frame is now extended until after Christmas (15th Jan)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for any reason. We offer this policy as we appreciate your order items may not be exactly how you imagined or hoped, although in most cases we are sure they will exceed your expectations.
Your returned items will need to be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. This deadline does not count around Christmas time for obvious reasons!
We offer a refund service only and not a replacement service, this leaves you free to reorder a different size/style if necessary as a fresh order, this simplifies things and logs your new order on our system. You will then get a new tracking number emailed to you for your new order
To return an item please cut off the "returns slip" from the bottom of the invoice and return it along with the shoes to:

We cannot refund your original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind.
Your goods will need to be in the original packaging and be in perfect unused condition, we don't accept returns if there any marks so be careful when trying the item on. We will also look for any other signs the items may have been used. Please make sure all packaging paper, stickers, spare laces and tags are still attached where necessary as without this the item will not be able to be sold on.
All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked before confirming if they are indeed faulty. Sometimes we will need to send the goods back to the manufacturer for an additional inspection. This can drag things out a bit and we apologise in advance for this.
The same 14 day policy applies to faulty goods too. Generally if it's a manufacturers defect, then something is going to go wrong with them quickly. |
