Returns

Firstly if you are not happy with your purchase from M6 Footwear, return it.

We offer this simple policy as we appreciate you are buying from the internet and not the high street where you would have done the usual squeezing and rubbing and maybe even a moonwalk before you pay.

We offer a 365 days returns policy, yes that’s one complete year! We offer this service mainly in order for you to pre plan presents way in advance, only if we were all that organised!

We offer a refund only service and not a replacement service, this leaves you free to re-order a different size/style if that’s what you want as a fresh new order. We operate this way for various reasons mainly as it simplifies things and logs your new order on our system prioritising it. You will then get a new tracking number emailed to you and your new order will be on the way again faster than ever.

Unfortunately we cannot cover your return postage costs unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us and to be honest that is super rare.

Once your returned item has arrived back here we will need to find your order details on our system so we can issue your refund so please enclose the returns part of the original packing note.

Your goods will need to be in the original packaging and be in perfect unused condition, we don't accept returns if there any marks so Obviously the item will have to be spanking brand new in everyway, if not it will be sent back to you at your expense so be careful when trying the item on. If you have laced the shoes when trying them on then please unlace them before sending them back as unlacing shoes is not my favourite past time. We will also look for any other signs the items may have been used. Please make sure if all packaging paper, stickers, spare laces and tags are still attached where necessary as without this the item will not be able to be re sold.

All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked before confirming if they are indeed faulty. A strict 30 day period applies to faulty goods, generally if it's a manufacturers defect and something is going to go wrong it will go wrong quickly. If items are showing signs of wear but have obviously had a tough short life we cannot be held responsible.
