I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANKYOU TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS FOR THE WONDERFUL FEEDBACKS THAT YOU GIVE ME
I APOGISE FOR NOT DOING THIS INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS I DO THIS ON MY OWN AS WELL AS MY LIVE SHOP IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP UP WITH IT THAT WAY BUT

MAY I ALSO SAY THAT WITH NEW GOODS e.g.talking books, AS THEY ARE NEW I DO NOT PLAY THEM BEFORE THEY GO OUT AND SO IF THERE IS A FAULT I CANNOT KNOW THAT.NORMALLY THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM BUT RECENTLY A CUSTOMER GAVE A BAD FEEDBACK STATING ONE TAPE OUT OF TWO WAS FAULTY IN THE FEEDBACK THUS LOWERING MY FEEDBACK RATING.I HAD NEVER BEEN CONTACTED WITH A REQUEST TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT SO I HAD NO OPPORTUNITY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER-THEY JUST GAVE THE BAD FEEDBACK-DUE TO THIS I CANNOT OFFER A REFUND.
Thankfully most customers do not do this and give me the chance to sort the problem out.It is rare that there is a problem.
My shop logo is a picture of two of my satisfied customers in my live shop.
It is a bookshop ++ in my local village of Slaithwaite.(where they used to film a lot of 'Where The Heart Is')It is the only place in the country where a canal runs through the village centre.(Huddersfield Narrow Canal)
Please be patient as I am always adding to my stock in my e-bay shop but you can always ask me if I have any other items or make specific requests and I will add them if I have them to my e-bay shop.
As in my live shop, I will edeavour to be as helpful as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:
I only can accept English currency so please pay in that and also make sure you have paid at the correct rate.(not as an American tried to when paying $16 instead of £16)
I like to send all over the world but please do understand that if you request surface mail it does take a lot longer and that is not my fault. (one Australian surface mail took over 3 months.)
