Shipping

If cleared payment is received by 4:00pm (11:00am Saturday) we will dispatch by FIRST CLASS POST  or INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL the same day. We retain a certificate of posting for all items.

For items where payment is received after 4:00pm (11:00am Saturdays and Bank Holidays) the item(s) will be dispatched the next business day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (Royal Mail Special Delivery) is available on most items at an additional cost.

We are also happy to combine postage for multiple purchases. Please e-mail your requirements prior to purchasing from us and we will be happy to provide a quotation.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your item(s) have been dispatched. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive before contacting us.

Returns Policy

We understand that on occasions the item received does not meet expectations. Providing the item is returned within 7 days in the original condition and in the original packaging, we will either exchange the item or issue a full refund of the purchase price (less P&P) on the day of receipt.

In the unlikely event of the item being damaged we will of course offer a replacement or a full refund.
